When is Paris and Lamar County going to wake up and start towing the vehicles they are catching without liability insurance, instead of giving a ticket and turning them loose back on the streets and taking a chance of them going down the road and running into someone and tearing up their vehicle,

If they can’t afford insurance they shouldn’t be riding around on the streets, I hear it time and time again on the scanner traffic stops and insurance being expired for months, but yet after a ticket they are right back on the road, breaking the law again. If they thought they were going to lose their car maybe they would get some insurance.
